You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of items you list. Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen items and anything illegal under South African law.
3. Conduct
Treat other users respectfully. Spam, harassment, fraud and misrepresentation will result in removal of listings and account termination.
4. No commission, no guarantees
Swap Or Sell is a listings platform only. We do not process payments, take commission, or guarantee any transaction. Trades happen directly between users.
5. Liability
Swap Or Sell is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss arising from transactions between users.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
